Monthly retainers with a simple 30-day cancellation term, plus fixed-price contracts for one-off productions. Every agreement spells out deliverables, revision rounds, and delivery dates.
Standard turnaround is seven days from receiving footage. Growth plans include priority five-day delivery, and Pro plans can go as fast as 48 hours for time-sensitive uploads.
You do — 100%. Every contract transfers full ownership of finished videos, project files, thumbnails, and raw footage to you on final payment. We only ask permission to feature work in our portfolio.
Absolutely — most of our editing clients film themselves. Upload your raw files to our shared drive and an editor is assigned within 24 hours. We work with footage from phones to cinema cameras.
