Ethan Walker

Ethan founded Quillcast's creative department after eight years directing branded documentaries. He leads concept development for every production — the promise-first frameworks, the format bibles, and the “would I finish this video?” test no project ships without passing.

On set he directs the hero productions; off set he reviews every first cut that leaves the studio. Creators know him as the person who asks the uncomfortable question early so the audience never has to.
